End-to-End Process

- Once we’re satisfied that everything is in order, we will issue your building permit directly.
- Building inspection services – Pronto Building Permits will advise on all mandatory inspections required to get your construction project across the line. We’ll meet on-site to conduct thorough inspections, and to ensure all aspects of the build are 100% compliant with Australian Standards.
- At the end of the construction process, our team will conduct one final inspection and, assuming all elements are found to be compliant, will issue either a Certificate of Final Inspection for an existing building, or an Occupancy Permit for a new build.
- Works Without Permits – Where existing building work has been issued with a Building Notice from the relevant local council, we can support you in working towards compliance.
